Mr. Daniel Andoh
Based in Ghana, Daniel Andoh is the CEO of Sigma-DMS but also doubles as a Managing Partner of Circadian Consulting. He possesses expertise in the areas of Program/Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Capacity Development, strategic planning, and resource mobilization. With over twenty-five years of work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors locally and internationally he has been able to record exceptional results in dynamic environments.
Prior to being a Managing Partner at Circadian Consulting(formerly Cicada Consulting), he was a Program Manager within the governance unit of UNDP Ghana. At UNDP, he spearheaded the establishment of the National Small Arms Commission as part of the government of Ghana’s security governance architecture.
As a management consultant, Daniel has conducted capacity assessments, provided capacity-building training, developed strategic and business plans, and other consultancy services for reputable institutions. These institutions include UNICEF, UNHRD, such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Management Services Company (AMSCO)
As a lead consultant at KPMG, he worked with the Public Sector Reform Group. In 2004, he served as the KPMG embedded consultant at the Osu Castle, the then seat of Government to spearhead the Central Governance Project.
Daniel has had an opportunity to serve as a resource person for the Ashesi University Capstone program where he supports undergraduate students to refine their entrepreneurial ideas and also briefly served in 2018 as an adjunct lecturer at GIMPA Business School teaching Business-to-Business Marketing to undergraduate students. Daniel is among the founding members of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum where he plays an active role on the steering committee promoting Monitoring and Evaluation systems in projects for development, private and public sector.
